Exchanges & Returns
You may return your items within 60 days after the delivery date for an exchange or a refund to your original form of payment. We accept returns and exchanges of unworn (trying on over undies for fit is ok) and unwashed items returned in their original condition and packaging.
There is no service charge. Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality problems.
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
* Please note we are not able to process returns across styles such as bras, underwear and clearance products.
Finding the perfect shapewear can be tough. Luckily, with our 100% Fit Guarantee, you get easy returns or exchanges for another size or product.
- You can simply email our customer care team email@example.com and inform us of your order number and your exchange/return request. As soon as you have brought your package to your local post office, please reach out to our team to share your return tracking with us.
Processing time of refund or exchange
Once we see your garment(s) are on route to us, for the exchange request, your exchange garment(s) will be shipped out to you and a shipping confirmation email will be sent right over to let you know it's on the route;
for the return request, we will get your refund processed for you, and you will be notified via email. Your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 1-3 business days to appear in your bank account due to the varying processing times of financial organizations.
